THESSALONIKI, GREECE: Your German Logistics with 8 co-exhibitors - Successful trade fair participation at the Thessaloniki International Fair (7 - 9 September 2024)!
The "Thessaloniki International Fair" is the most important cross-industry consumer fair in Greece. At this year's edition, Germany was the guest country of the fair (7 - 15 September 2024 in Thessaloniki).
Germany is Greece's most important trading partner. Due to its geopolitical location as a logistics hub between East and West, Greece offers good business opportunities for German companies, particularly in the logistics, transport, traffic and maritime sectors.
On Monday, September 9th, 2024, the “Logistics, Transport, Traffic and Maritime Economy” theme day was realized. The theme day also received high-level political support from the Greek and German sides and offered numerous opportunities to establish contacts that went beyond the trade fair participation thanks to an accompanying program with a port visit, B2B meetings in the host country hall and symposia on the host country stage.
“Your German Logistics” (YGL) as an initiative on behalf of the German Federal Ministry for Digital and Transport, was also successfully represented at the trade fair with a joint booth hosting 8 German companies from the logistics and transport sector as co-exhibitors.
We are delighted that Mr. Oliver Luksic MP, Parliamentary State Secretary to the Federal Minister for Digital and Transport and Federal Government Coordinator for Freight Transport and Logistics, visited our booth on September, 8th and took time for individual exchanges with our co-exhibitors.
