The company database 'German Logistics' is an online company register with a purely informative function. The company register is operated by Your German Logistics. Your German Logistics is an initiative of the Federal Ministry for Digital Affairs and Transport (BMDV) and works on behalf of the BMDV.
The aim of the database is to publish profiles of representatives of German logistics in order to be found by potential national and international interested parties.
There is no direct initiation of contact or forwarding of contact data from the company. Web links to the companies presenting themselves are published; other contact details given are only visible to the operators of the database (Your German Logistics).
The company register is available to users free of charge for this purpose.
The database has no commercial purpose and may not be used for such purposes. The use of this database for sending advertising to participating companies is expressly prohibited.
Forwarding or duplication and publication of the entries is not permitted.
Your German Logistics assumes no liability for published content. Liability for technical errors or the correctness and completeness of the information provided is excluded. The participating companies confirm owning the necessary rights to upload and display their logos and images in the Directory.
All components of this database are subject to unrestricted protection under Act on Copyright and Related Rights as a work in general and as a database in particular.
There is no entitlement to registration and use of the company database ‘German Logistics’. Your German Logistics checks all completed profiles before activation and reserves the right to exclude or otherwise process information transmitted to its databases.
Your German Logistics can refuse publication without stating reasons, or withdraw publication without stating reasons, especially if the user has given false information when registering.
All changes to profiles that have already been activated, made by a company employee or an authorized person in connection with the relevant profile, will be checked by Your German Logistics before publication.
